Duratec 160 - 200 BHP Engine conversion

Drive in Drive out Conversion
Big Duratec Power Tuning for all Fiesta / Puma models by Pumaspeed.
Tuning power outputs from 150 to 230bhp are easily achievable with Pumaspeed Duratec Power 2.0 and 2.3
Engine spec 160-200
Pumaspeed supply the 2000cc Duratec from the 2001 onwards Mondeo or even the new Fiesta ST150,for the 180 conversion they add a set of cosworth cams (add 400 pounds ),for the 200 bhp conversion they add a fully reworked head to the cams (add 550 pounds)
Engine mounts - (Supplied with the conversion).
They supply a pair of bespoke mounts to locate the new motor and lower gearbox assembly
Exhaust system - (Supplied with the conversion).
Milltek Sport have designed a new 4-2-1 High Torque manifold to extract the maximum from the Duratec Engine.This has been designed to connect directly to the existing 'RACE' exhaust system so many of you have allready.There is a std 'Decat' connecting pipe that can be interchanged with the std Milltek Sport Hi Flow catalyst that many of you allready have.
ECU Managment- (Supplied with the conversion).
We supply a ready mapped GOTECH stand alone managment system.The map supplied will enable the vehicle to start, run and drive .It will need some bespoke tunning via your local GOTECH supplier for the best power and smooth running results
Cooling - (Supplied with the conversion).
A new more efficient radiator is supplied in exchange for your old unit
Transmission - (Supplied with the conversion).
They supply an exchange IB5 gearbox and linkage system that enables the use of the original driveshafts that have prooved perfect for the increased power(and also very cheap from breakers yards)
